Payment Delivery and Returns

 

Please take the time to read the terms and conditions applied to your order. If we have not made any part of the ordering process clear then kindly let us know.

Payment

Payments can be made online by credit/debit card via our secure payment system (Worldpay) or Paypal. You can also place your order over the phone or via email and we can take card payments, cheques or send a Paypal invoice. Please note we do not keep credit card details on our system to maintain your security and confidence.

Love Golf accepts Visa & Mastercard, Visa Debit & Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and UK domestic Maestro. If you wish to send a cheque please contact us if this is your preferred option.

Delivery

The majority of our parcels are sent out in our customised resealable bags so if you open by cutting along the dotted line the bag can be resealed and reused for any returns (you are not alone if you simply rip the bag apart in your excitement.... in which case sellotape will suffice!). A returns address sticker and form is enclosed within your parcel for your convenience.

Our delivery charge is a flat rate £3.45 for any amount of products ordered at any one time for delivery to within the UK. Orders will be dispatched within 7 days (although usually much sooner) of your order being placed and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Service or occasionally via courier particularly if heavy/bulky. If we cannot despatch your order within this timescale we will let you know via email. Your order will be fully insured by us. If you would like these goods sooner we can expediate your order for an additional charge.

Should you require an item urgently please telephone or email. It is often not neccessary to pay a supplement if your order is straightforward as we make every effort in these circumstances to meet your needs. If however there is no margin for delay at all see below.

We can post out to Europe at a cost of £6.95.  Worldwide including United StatesCanadaAustralia and New Zealand is at a cost of £11.95. We are more than happy to take full measurements of garments should you request this to reduce the risk of needing to return.

If you require 'Next Day' guaranteed service please contact us by 3p.m. - this will incur an additional charge of £5.00. If it is for next day delivery to arrive on a Saturday then the Royal Mail charge is an additional £10.00. If you are not available to sign for your order it will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office where it must be collected within 7 days. You are responsible for the collection of your order in this instance. 

You may request parcels be left in a safe place with the courier or royal mail but this is at your own risk.

Returns 

Quality control is vital to us at Love Golf. However we understand that there may be occasions where goods need to be returned or exchanged. Where a garment is faulty we will pay the cost of return postage and request that you use a second class service and obtain proof of posting.

The RETURN PERIOD for exchanges or refunds is 14 DAYS from receipt of your completed order. Sometimes orders arrive in more than one parcel so it is the date from receipt of final parcel. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the items within this timescale, and have a no quibble peace of mind refund policy but are unable to cover the cost of returns postage.  If an item is to be exchanged for goods of equivalent value we offer free postage on a further delivery during this two week period within the UK. PLEASE NOTE  We are unable to offer free exchanges to anywhere outside the UK.

All goods must be returned in the original new condition and in original packaging with any manufacturers labels still attached. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please note you are liable for the goods until received by us however the majority of returns are sent 2nd class royal mail with proof of posting and we have not experienced any issues with reliability using this method.  You will receive a returns address label sticker in your parcel for convenience and our bags are resealable if opened along the dotted line. Address for returns is:
